Meet Alyssa N. Villegas Rodriguez at the Fermentation Station on September 30th at 6:30pm. Her workshop will talk all about el ají caballero y el pique puertorriqueñoooo. 🌶️
During the workshop, participants will learn the basics of lacto-fermentation, talk about the cultural significance of el ají, and make a botella de pique to take home. The pique will be made with ajíes sembrados por Doña Carmen del Valle y cosechados en nuestro jardín.
El pique de Chicago sí se pica entonce ten cuidao por ahi!
