Roots Run Deep is a beginner-friendly Zone 2 run/walk club rooted in decolonization and collective wellness.
The run is our excuse to gather. Our real purpose is to build community through consistent acts of caring for ourselves and one another. We believe community is more than familiar faces—it is a relationship, a responsibility, and a practice.
